UK and EU orders

I cannot take orders from the UK and EU through BigCartel at this time since BigCartel has no option for handling VAT. If you're in the UK and EU and are interested in purchasing anything, please send me a message on Etsy! I can create a custom listing for you there with the items you want.

If you aren't in the UK or EU and don't see your country available for shipping, please let me know and I can add it if there are no restrictions (or you can use Etsy).

 

Shipping FAQs


Order processing time

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days.

Shipping method

I'm based in the US and ship using USPS. Shipping prices are based on USPS shipping fees. If you're an international customer, it is that expensive and this is unfortunately the cheapest tracked shipping option from the US. I'm very sorry!

If you need an expedited USPS shipping method not listed in my shop, please let me know and I can do my best to accommodate you.

Please understand that even though I use USPS to ship, I do not work for and am not affiliated with USPS and only have the same tracking information they provide to all customers. Once packages leave my hands, I have no control over what happens to them.

My order didn't arrive/tracking stopped updating or never updated

If you think your order is missing or if you're in the US and the tracking hasn't updated in over 14 days, I recommend filing a Missing Mail report with USPS. If your order is still sitting at pre-shipment, it can sometimes take a week or more for this to update depending on if the package was scanned correctly or not.

If your order was marked as delivered but never arrived, please double check that your address is correct and that your mail wasn't misdelivered or placed somewhere else. I also recommend checking with your local post office to see if they can help you locate it.
 
If USPS is unable to find your order and it still hasn't arrived, please contact me with your order number and I'll do my best to help resolve the issue.

My order arrived broken or damaged

I do my best to pack all of my orders as safely and securely as possible, but on rare occasions things do unfortunately get damaged in transit. If your order arrives broken or damaged so that it's no longer usable, please send your order number with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging showing the shipping label within 3 days of receiving your order, and I can do my best to help resolve the issue either through a replacement or refund on the item cost. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

My order was returned to sender

If your order is returned to me, I can re-send it! You'll need to double check the address and pay for a new shipping label before it can be sent again.

Returns & Exchanges


I only accept returns on brand new, unused and/or undamaged items. Return shipping is your responsibility, and exchanges or refunds will only be processed once the returned item arrives. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is an exchange, you will also need to pay additional shipping to receive the new item. 

If I sent the wrong order by mistake, please let me know and I'll send out the correct order ASAP! No additional shipping costs will apply.
